Lighting is critical for people to feel safe. As a female, I absolutely hate walking down dark stair wells and in dark parking lots. I actually don’t go to my local mall at night because their lighting system is terrible. If companies have people that work after it gets dark, they should definitely consider setting up bright lights so that people can walk around and feel safe. Having a security guard walk people to their car after dark is another great idea for security too.
