Do a background check on the employees running your security

I don’t really trust the security team at my place of business. If I was in charge, I would make sure that the people I hire have a crystal clean past. I would call their former employers. I would also do a thorough background check to see if there have been any issues in the past that might characterize them in a negative light. I think that security personnel should make people feel safe so it is probably not smart to hire whoever walks through the door.
